"So Happy For You" Card using Simply Charmed Cartridge

Made this card using one of my top ten favorite cricut cartridges! All the images are soo cute and I was just dying to make this little happy leprechaun !!! I love him! Anyway.... lol  I used glitter paper for his hat and outfit then used orange peel stickles around his hairline.
